Valuation is the art of ascertaining the fair market value of property or asset. Procedures In order for us to act as your valuer, we first need to know you and particulars of the subject property. The Appointment of Services form or A-Form is available online for your convenience. As soon as we receive the form, we will contact you for further details such as copy of titles, or copy of Assessment Receipt or copy of quit rent receipt or copy of building plan or copy of CFO or copy of Sales & Purchase Agreement or copy of previous valuation report. Once the details are complete, we will carries out physical inspection of the property and of its surrounding. We also investigates the legal interest and title condition to see how its use and marketability is affected. Where relevant, we will checks for planning and development policies and proposals and other regulatory measures to assess the use and feasibility of its development potential. We then analyses all collated information to arrive at final value conclusion. The duration depends on the location of the subject property and also the purpose of valuation. For standard property, located within Johor Bahru District, the report will be completed within 10 working days. Valuation Fees According to the guidelines under 7th Schedule Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act, 1981, the scale of fees are as follows:- Land Acquisition Valuations
