According to the guidelines under 7th
Schedule Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act, 1981, the scale of fees
are as follows:-

Mass
Valuations for Local Authorities

RM45 per holding for the first 30,000 holdings |

RM40 per holding for the next 20,000 holdings |

RM35 per holding for the balance |
The above fee is inclusive of all costs, except for the additional
claims for attendance at objection meetings and judicial hearings.
