APPRAISAL / VALUATION DIVISION

Appraisal is the art of ascertaining the fair market value of a property or asset. Chartered surveyors and registered valuers with extensive experience in the field of property appraisal, staff our appraisal division.

We have carried out appraisal of commercial and industrial complexes, hotels and resorts, golf course, township developments, plantations, timber concessions, quarries and mines, residential, agriculture, marinas, ports and other special properties. Our portfolio also includes plant & machinery such as oil palm mills, manufacturing machinery, ships and power plants. Appraisals are needed for the purposes of mortgage loan as well as special purpose such as for rental renewals, sale and purchase negotiation, rating appeal, land acquisition appeal, litigation and submission to FIC and the Securities Commission.
